If you are a new employee, and have met your new hire waiting period, you may use this site to see your benefit options, and complete your initial enrollment paperwork. The core benefits package includes:

It is important to remind you that benefit elections are generally binding for the entire year and cannot be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying event that allows for benefit changes during the year. If this happens, you MUST notify Karen of such a change within 30 days of the qualifying event date.
If you are enrolling in any insurance plan, please complete the Annual Benefit Election Form and any insurance company enrollment form for that specific benefit election. You will find those forms, to download and print, on the site page associated with that benefit. Each plan has it’s own form.
